I've been working in tech recruitment for 7 years, employed with three consultancies. I'd like to know what it's like recruiting for other industries, or recruiting for local labourer/industrial jobs. Also interested in employment counselling roles helping people with disabilities.
I feel so stressed out in tech recruitment and I'm not sure I'm a "company person". I can't seem to find a place that says we value work-life balance and actually follow through with that statement. Everyone around me who was successful was putting in 60+hour weeks and I'm not interested in that.
Are there recruitment jobs out there where you're putting in a good 40 hours but feel like when you leave work, you can leave it behind?
