My company wants me to prescreen applicants before going forward. I was listening to a podcast about cold calling and they said never said how someone is doing. It comes off as sales pitchy. While I agree and going forward will adjust that. Are there any other tips or tricks for prescreen calls? Basically the conversation lasts 5-10 mins.
