I've recently started a new project, and I'm looking for advice for improvement. It's a way to easily schedule technical phone interviews on-demand with software engineers who work at top companies. The engineers interview your candidates and return a thorough report evaluating their performance. This would hopefully make it easier for you to recruit and vet applicants for technical positions.
