Crosspost from r/Human Resources, but how many REQs is too much

I’m am recruiter for a staffing company. I’m pretty much the lone wolf. Right now, I’m currently recruiting for 30+ roles including new orders and replacements for employees that quit or was terminated. I feel so overwhelmed. Recruiting for general labor is hard enough, but when you have so many to recruit for, and your manager is trying to get more orders, while hiring a partner to help you is at a standstill. I’m burned out and I haven’t been here for long. I wake up every morning with anxiety, stomach turning into knots causing me to you know what every morning. I just can’t.
