I run a market research firm whereby we have about 40-60 part time employees each month who on average work around 20 hours per week. The turnover is reasonable as you'd probably expect from a part time role whereby it's heavily focused on calling and collecting phone surveys. We spend so much time each month hiring, on-boarding, training, and managing the part time staff we have and I was wondering if any of you guys had some tips/guidance on software that would help us with this.
I've seen this one called Fountain that apparently Uber uses. Anyone heard of them? Are they any good? Any alternatives to that one? Also was wondering if anyone knows how much they cost as couldn't find anything on their website.
